Project implementation milestone
The Impementation Milestone (development, construction and operation management) of the entire project is currently scheduled as following:

- Pre-sale start: March 2023.
- Start of construction of the entire project: March 2023.
- Completion of rough construction: Winter 2023 / spring 2024.
- Construction Completion: Fall / September-December 2024.
- Approval and move-in: Winter (January-February) 2025.
