- Project definitional issues and development support
- Site selection – strategic for external connections (electricity, water, etc.)
- Date collection, Forecasting Process, Analysis and Reporting
- Complete Bankable Documentation for finance, licenses, permits and EPCM
- Financial Support up to 75% of the Total Investment Capital (TIC)
- Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC)
- Implementation Monitoring and Management
- Testing, Commissioning and Delivery to Client
- Operations Management, including Training of the Client's Operational Staff
- Follow and Support, securing continual operations of the Project.
