MDAICReal is established in 2011 with expanded assets management of more than CZK20 Millions from MDACI. MDAICReal, in Partnership with prime European Banks and Companies, manages over CZK 9.45 Billions (cca. €350 Millions) in business spanning private equity, credit, principal investments, real estate, industrial parks, free trade zones, special economic, and research centres development worldwide.

In the field of real estate (residential, commercial and industrial), we benefit from the investments of the most prestigious institutions, corporate businesses and individuals and the rich international experience and industry expertise of the board, developing, building and managing modern and advanced residential, commercial and industrial properties within Europe, USA, and Africa where there is huge deficit of housing estates (for instance in Nigeria, there is a number of cca. 18,000,000 housing deficit).

In collaboration with MDACI financial consortium, we focus on providing capital for a better living and construction and reconstruction of residential, commercial and industrial properties, including energy and power generation and distribution facilities through export  and investment credit.

In Europe, we cooperate with the most prominent privately owned real estate firms to create iconic mixed-use developments that cater to the increasingly affluent European consumer class. We specialize in high-end retail, mixed-use and residential developments across Europe.
